2. LEAD CONTROL SYSTEM
The CNC PLC control system is Lead system with driver or inverter, it is more stable, specially designed for our veneer peeling lathe.
It can guarantee veener with good surface and even thickness in high peeling speed.
3. SERVO MOTOR
Our feeding motor and clipping motor adopts Futian Servo motor. It is better than other brand servo motor.
The accurate feeding will make veneer thickness more even, and clipper servo motor gives an accurate cutting width
4. 2 CUTTING WIDTH SHIFT IN ONE LOG
The cutting width can set 2 width and shift freely. And the cutting blade action is faster, it can save the veneer, no any waste of veneer.

6. SCREW FIXING FRAME

Taiwan high quality feeding screw, screw diameter is 90mm, much bigger than other factorys. Very accurate feeding, wear-resisting and long service life.
8. CASTING KNIFE TABLE
The knife table is made of cast iron, which is not easy to deform, has higher precision and longer service life.
It is more suitable for peeling various harder woods such as eucalyptus and rubber wood, as well as peeling thicker veneers.
