Key Features & Advantages
The gear transmission system delivers high torque with stable operation. Output capacity ranges from several hundred to over two thousand kilograms per hour, meeting the demands of small workshops, farms, and large-scale industrial production lines.
The machine adopts a large-modulus hard-tooth-surface helical gear reducer, which ensures lower energy consumption per ton of pellets while maximizing production.
Key components — including the ring die, flat die, and rollers — are manufactured from special high-alloy wear-resistant steel, often treated with vacuum heat treatment. This extends service life by 5 to 7 times compared to standard components.
Equipped with a frequency conversion motor for precise feed control and an independent automatic lubrication system. The machine can operate 24 hours continuously with minimal manual intervention, reducing labor costs and increasing productivity.
The precision gear drive ensures quiet, stable, and vibration-free operation, creating a better working environment and reducing equipment downtime.
Capable of processing more than 20 types of raw materials, including:
- Wood waste (sawdust, wood chips, bark, shavings, scrap furniture)
- Agricultural residues (corn stalks, wheat straw, rice husks, peanut shells, cotton stalks)
- Other biomass (bamboo chips, palm fiber, coconut shells, mushroom waste)
How It Works
Raw materials are crushed to a uniform size (typically ≤ 8-12 mm) using a hammer mill.
Moisture content is adjusted to 10%-20% using a dryer (if required).
The prepared material is fed into the pellet mill, where high-pressure rollers compress it through the die holes. The friction and pressure raise the temperature, softening the natural lignin in the biomass, which acts as a binder to form solid pellets.
The hot pellets are cooled to ambient temperature, then screened, packed, and stored.
